Printing
Our printer network includes both short and long run print capability, digital and offset, printing on pre-manufactured envelopes and envelope conversion.  Axis will coordinate the printing and warehousing of your direct mail marketing materials.


Data Processing
Successful direct mail campaigns begin will a good mailing list.  Our team can standardize and presort your data files to meet postal requirements, set-up personalized laser letters and response forms with multiple variable data fields and append USPS barcode data to each record.

Axis Direct offers:
*CASS (Coding Accuracy Support System). CASS certification is a specific way to make sure you have the most recent zip+4 codes and delivery-point codes as required for barcoding.  Every barcoded mailing must have been CASS-certified within the previous six months.
* NCOA (National Change of Address) NCOA certification meets the move update requirement set forth by the United States Post Office.  NCOA compares your mailing list to a database of more than 160 million address changes filed by postal customers making a permanent change of address with the USPS.
